§ 1. General Provisions
This regulation defines the rules for using the portal Holandia Turistic (netherlands.turistic.online) — a tourist guide for Holandia. The portal lists accommodations, restaurants, attractions, events and services free of charge.
§ 2. Users and Listings
1. Browsing the portal does not require registration. 2. Business owners may claim their listing using the form available on each object page (verification by administrator). 3. After claim approval, owner manages content, photos, prices and contact details. 4. Optional paid plans (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum) provide premium features — featured placement, more photos, statistics.
§ 3. Intellectual Property
Portal content (texts, photos, layout) is property of Holandia Turistic. User-submitted content (reviews, photos) — author grants Holandia Turistic non-exclusive license to display.
§ 4. Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with GDPR. Details in the Privacy Policy. We use cookies for traffic statistics (Google Analytics) and necessary site functionality.
§ 5. Liability
Holandia Turistic presents tourist information in good faith but does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Prices, availability and contact details may change. We are not responsible for transactions between users and listed venues.
